I am not a doctor, so can’t explain exactly what we need to eat daily for our daily nutrition. As far as I know this should be taken daily with a minimum amount… 1. Some carbohydrate (rice/wheat) 2. Some protein (meat/fish) 3. Milk 4. Egg (not everyone will agree) 5. Vegetables 6. Fruits 7. Lemon juice And every day we should have some exercise…. What you think?
