When I feel bad (physically or mentally), generally I try to take rest/sleep a bit. Some time it works, some time not. But If I could work slowly (unless I feel too bad to move my body) after some time I start feeling good and no time wastes, and work is done. That’s an everyday situation for a mother who has a 2 and half years old boy.
