New York

Whenever I see this name the first thing comes in my mind is the statue of Liberty. I have seen in many TV ads that this statue moves, sings, dances or changed by another face. I didn’t like this kind of thoughts. Some of my cousins (maternal) and their families are living in New York. I have heard that they are working very hard only to survive. But still they don’t want to leave that place that they are living much better life than Bangladesh.

Too much traffic in every signal, need flyovers

In Dhaka city, if there is no traffic jam, but you have to wait or kill your time, only for waiting a lot, in every node of roads. Some times traffic is too much that you need to wait to see one bunch of vehicles go and wait until your turn comes. I believe we need flyover on every node that no one had to wait or stop over traffic signal; all will go smoothly with out any stopping.

I had heard one buet student made a design for Mouchak node that there won’t be any stopping, but now no one taking any initiative to make it.

Attorney

In our country (Bangladesh) and India I have seen lawyers wear black dress over general dress. Well I never went to court. All I have seen in cinema and drama serial in TV. So whenever I hear the term Attorney, I visualize a black dressed person. But I don’t know why they dressed like that.

Abortion, when suddenly happens

Every woman, who are becoming mother are afraid of sudden abortion. First 3 months are crucial time. You have to be very careful. Most of the abortion occurs this time period of pregnancy. All doesn’t face same problem. So, who didn’t face any problem can easily say, not to worry, work as you can. But my suggestion is be prepare for any problem, don’t work much, take rest as much as possible, don’t move much or don’t give pressure to your nerve and body. Don’t bend your body much. Take good food and enjoy stress less life. You must remember your baby is your first priority. You can’t take risk to loss it.

Lawyers

My mom always wanted to see me as a lawyer. She told me in a family we need a lawyer and her thought was I have the talent to argue in law. I never wanted. I thought law will be a boring subject to study. When I didn’t get chance to study in law at Dhaka University, I was very happy. But many of my friends get admitted in Law. My department was just next floor from law department. One day some of my friend invited me to join their class in law. I did, and then I found law is very interesting subject for study.

Now a day for many reason we need lawyers, now I really feel in a family we need a lawyer.

Both became ill

There must be some relation between me and my son. When I get ill my son doesn’t, that’s good. When my son got sick, I also became sick, that’s good also. Then I can realize how my son is facing problem. Coz he is now only 11 months old. Can’t say where the problem is.

Terms of life

There are many terms in a life. When you are a child the main term of your life is your parents… then after married your main term will be your life partner, then your child and this will go on with your child also... this is human life...

How many times heart can be broken?

How many times heart can be broken? 3, 4, 6? Then? Then you will get used to. When I was in university I use to say, my heart became powder after breaking so many times (I didn’t had boy friend, it was by others). It can’t be broken any more. Now I can say those powders now vanished, by air. So, can’t feel anything now. I wish I couldn’t feel anything which hearts me.

Sell structured settlement

I have seen many times parents do hard work and make wealth, then their next generation live by selling structured settlements. Its true when people need they had to sell their property, but most of the people don’t try to earn by themselves but like to live by selling their parent’s property.

Sorrows, which bent your backbone

I think I shouldn’t keep this much sorrow in my life that bent my backbone. These make me feel mental troubles and can’t let me do anything properly. I better forget about these. I better think that there is no such thing exists, which or who are giving me pain. Then only I can think about other important things in my life and work for them.

Insurance in my life

I had got millions of emails on car insurance quotes
or auto insurance quotes. I deleted all coz all are for US people, where I am in Bangladesh. I know that people make insurance for their car, home, business, family etc and I feel that this is very necessary step in life. But if you ask for me then I will say I didn’t. Don’t know why I can’t rely on insurance company. I have heard they took a lot time to repay…. And always try not to pay you back. I have also heard that most general people in Bangladesh (not business man) don’t get paid.

Money is nothing, you can say, when you have money

Long time back I use to watch “Dallas” an English TV serial. Where I had hear this dialog “Money is nothing, you can say, when you have money” by a sister to a sister. It really makes me think a lot. That time I was a child but now when I need money desperately I understand and feel the value of this dialog.

Loan when you are in college

When I was in college, I always wanted to do some part time job or tuition to earn some money, but failed. Now I think it will be better if a student can get loan to do small business. Then this will be better for a student to be a big business man latter on and others will get chance to do part time job.
