Invisible

Sometimes, some people get invisible. They do work, help in others work and when the time come to mention all names, people forget about those person’s (may be intentionally) name. Not mention even in any documents. But always take their help. If you look from outside will never get to know about them.

Value of the work

My first thought was work value depends on priority. When you work on a high priority work, people will give you more value. If you success then will get more value. If you fail you won’t be sued coz of high priority work.

But this is not right always. Your personality/attitude matters a lot on your work. There are some people who work a lot and give successful result. But people don’t take it seriously unless they fail. Then people think what a pity. But there are other kinds of people, no matter they what work. People will reward them always. No matter whatever they do, they get rewarded. If they fail on their task, people things their work must be very tuff. So failing is nothing!

Accepting new idea from others

All can’t give you good ideas and you can’t create all good ideas by yourself. So you have to make wide your mind to accept other’s idea. Some has fear or ego problem, to accept others thoughts. Don’t know what they think, may be they afraid if they accept then people will start respect the other person. His value will go down…. We can’t progress with this kind of attitude.

Beggar with tasbeeh

From my home to main road I had to walk every morning to take lift from my colleague’s car. Every morning I saw a beggar begging. They changes sometimes, I mean not same beggar comes on the road every day. Today I heard one passerby was telling, “These beggars crying ‘Allah’, ‘Allah’ not for calling Allah or getting something from Allah. This is for begging money from the passer by. Did Allah said to use Allah’s name this way?” That guy also telling, “He saw some beggar use tasbeeh when they beg, is tasbeen is a material of begging?”
He was right….

Working slow

From last 2 days I am working a bit slow. Facing some problem in concentration. Feeling a bit sick. Don’t know what happen. Hoping it’s not bird flu… Wishing to go to a beautiful cottage in a beautiful place and sleep long time take rest….

Planning and Implementation

Planning and implementation both attached with each other. No implementation can think success without planning and no planning has any value without implementation. All humans are not same. In most cases people don’t do well in both fields. Some are good in Planning and some are good in implementation. Generally the people who do planning get paid more. They don’t do need to do much physical work but had to use their brain to give a good plan. In implementation there are several parts. Some people work physically and some people make other work and make successful work done perfectly according to the plan. Now it’s your skill and opportunity find out your best place. It’s your personality which will make you rewarded. No matter in which field you work.

Corporate hiding

In corporate level there are many things which management had to hide. And sometimes all employees hide it from outsiders. Depends, how much will you share with your colleague and how much with your known people. May be you trust a person, but that doesn’t mean you will disclose your corporate secret. You never know, may be coz of your information that person may fall in trouble. Sometimes small leakage makes big disaster.

Dry welcome

When we go any place, and see all persons even to whom I expected to be happy, shows anger or avoiding nature, how it feels? They make their face unhappy after watching you. Or behave like that you became invisible. If you enter the room and someone goes out, that must represents that they don’t like to have you or see you. It’s really terrible to live with them.
When everyone give you smile, talk with you that will make you feel peace in your mind, you will feel releafe after reaching there.

Helping friends

How much I can help my friends? I do as much as possible. But sometimes my friends fall in trouble where I can’t do anything. But at least I can give them time to make them feel better 
