Potato payesh.

An easy sweet dish from Bangladesh is Potato payesh.

What you need:

1. Milk half liter (you better take compressed milk)
2. Potato finely cut 1 and half cup
3. Sugar 1 cup
4. Cardamom powder half tea spoon
5. Ghee 1 cup

How to make:

Fry the potatoes in ghee till it get brown.
Put the milk on your burner, add sugar and cardamom powder.
When the milk will start boiling put all the potatoes with ghee and keep it boiling 5 minutes. Your potato payes is ready...
