As a mature human, you have plenty of roles, which you have to maintain perfectly. And also you have to take care of yourself.
Some times it’s very difficult to find out which one is more important.
Actually I believe it depends on your time and situation.
I have divided my time into two parts. In my first part I give priority to others work and in second part I give priority to my personal work, then goes for other job.
But you know people always want that I give my 100% time to them. Who cares of my life, if I don’t take care of my life?
