When I was young, I never understood what a sleep problem was. I have heard many people say they can’t sleep or have sleep problems. After growing up, this problem also caught me. Nothing serious, but it affects. If I were somehow disturbed and woke up, I couldn't go back to sleep for hours. Then, without any sleep, I had to work and stay awake. I stayed awake for the whole night for several reasons. Like joy (only once), mental disturbance, pain and now my son. Regardless of what happens, I should aim to sleep for at least 5 hours. Otherwise, I can’t work correctly.
