Shafeen (my 3-year-old son) loves his cousins very much. Whenever he meets them, he stops everything—like watching cartoons or eating—and starts playing with them. Shafeen was just one year and eight months old when Dia (my younger sister’s daughter) was born. He also has a 7-year-older cousin brother, Tameem (my elder sister’s son). That means he has both a brother and a sister cousin.
One day, Shafeen was asked, If you bring a baby from the hospital, what do you want, a brother or a sister? Shafeen replied, sister.
