My own responsibility

How far should I go to complete my responsibility? Recently, we launched a website (it's not my project), and it is still in its testing period. This should be updated every day. At least the main news always should be the current news. Yesterday, I found out that the main news is too old. It's the Softexpo news, which was finished the day before yesterday. So, I updated the news, which took 4 hours of my working hours (searching, editing, image uploading, publishing, etc.). But this is not my job. Will my company realize that I am only thinking and working for the site, not for my work!
