In Bangladesh if you go out in the morning you will see many people are running, walking and doing exercise on the road, park or in the open places. And you will see most of them are aged people. Actually Bangladeshi people are not very concern about their health or exercise. So when they get old get problem in heart, get diabetics etc. So they are then bound to do exercise.
