Blur picture problem with cell phone camera

The main problem in talking picture, with cell phone camera, is it destroys, when the object of the picture moves. All has to be statue before taking a picture. So, you can’t take any picture when objects are moving, especially, when you are trying to take picture of my son. He doesn’t know how to stand still. So, most of his picture became blur.
