এখনকার বাচ্চাদের মাঝে নতুন ক্রেজ এসেছে "পকেমন কার্ড" (Now a day, kids has new craze on "Pokémon Card")

একটা সময় ছিল. এদেশের শিশুরা "ডরেমন" কার্টুন এর বিশেষ ভক্ত ছিল. কার্টুনের মূল চরিত্র ডরেমন হলেও, বাচ্চারা অনুসরন করতো "নবিতা" চরিত্রটিকে. যে ছিল ফাঁকিবাজ, পড়াশুনায় খারাপ ইত্যাদি....

এখনকার বাচ্চাদের মাঝে নতুন ক্রেজ এসেছে "পকেমন কার্ড". "পকেমন" কার্টুনকে নিয়ে তৈরী কার্ড. আমার ছেলে আমাকে বুঝিয়েছে, কিভাবে খেলতে হয়. ও বলল, "এখানে আমরা নিজেরা মারামারি করিনা (আল্লাহর কাছে হাজার শোকর), আমাদের হয়ে পকেমন করে. যেমন, আমি একটা কার্ড ফেললাম এমন পকেমনের যার আগুন মারা ক্ষমতা আছে. অন্য তখন তার কার্ড থেকে এমন পকেমন কার্ড ফেলবে, যে পানি মেরে আগুন নিভিয়ে দিবে. এদের আলাদা আলাদা নাম আছে, শক্তি আছে." ফলাফল হলো, আমার ছেলে সব পকেমনের নাম, শক্তি মুখস্ত করে ফেলল আর ভুলে গেল বার মাসে নাম. পরীক্ষা খারাপ দিল.

আমি দেখলাম সব দোকানে পোকেমন কার্ড আনা শুরু হয়েছে. সব স্কুলের বাচ্চারা এটা নিয়ে খেলছে আর নিজেদের মধ্যে কার্ড পাল্টা পালটি করছে.

রাগ করে আমি পোকেমন কার্ড সরিয়ে ফেললাম. এখন কিছুটা নিম রাজি হয়ে বলেছি. যদি ও দুপুরে নিজে নিজে বাড়ির কাজ করে তো বিকালে কার্ড দিয়ে খেলতে পারবে.

There was a time when most of our kids were crazy about the "Doremon" cartoon. Though main character was "Doremon", kids use to follow another character "Nobita" who was very poor in study and had many bad habits.

Now a day, kids has new craze on "Pokémon Card". These cards are made by following "Pokémon" cartoon. My son explained to me how it works, He said, "Here we don't fight directly (Thanks Allah). Pokémon’s will fights for us. Like, one may give a card/Pokémon which has fire power, and then another has to give another card/Pokémon which has water power to win. All of these Pokémon’s has different name and strengths." So, my son memorized all of the pokemon’s name and their power and forgets the twelve months name. His result became poor in exam.

I have seen in all shops now a day Pokémon cards are available. Every school kids are carrying Pokémon cards and exchanging with each other.

I got really angry with my son for his poor result in exam. So, few days I didn't let him touch those cards. Now I made a new rule. If he does his homework at day time then at afternoon can will have permission to play with Pokémon cards.
