There are some complicated, I mean a little complex to cook food in South Asia. It takes time to prepare all the masala, cut vegetables and prepare other ingredients, some needed to fry before grounding, some boiled before making paste, etc. People who cook that kind of food regularly, they prepare the ingredients before and store them. So, that they can make the food easily. Even though it takes some time.
Now, if you want to taste those foods in your busy life or have any suggestions to have for any people who are not familiar with this kind of food, what will you do?
Nowadays, some companies cook delicious food and then package it in a Tretta package, or no air package, so that the food won't get rotten. You can easily buy them and serve them directly.
The foods, which are available now are rice, different curries like panir tikka masala, chana daal, palok panir, etc.
I miss many Bangladeshi delicious foods and desserts. I wish any good business people would come forward, make food without adding anything harmful, pack it and export it all over the world. Especially in Canada.
People in Canada are being used to living in a multicultural society, and they don't hesitate to try new cultural food.
