If you ask me what I want to be and to achieve that what three goals I should achieve, then here is my answer:
I want to become a Programs Operation Officer in a Non-Profit Organization.
3 Goals to be a Programs Operation Officer in a Non-Profit Organization:
a) Operational / Project Management – Learn more
about maintaining office services & standards, operational requirements for
Program Delivery, Event Coordination & Management, and internal records
& documentation organization.
b) Stakeholder Communications & Relationships – Learn to communicate & maintain relationships with multiple internal & external stakeholders.
c) Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking – Work with the supervisor to identify challenges & gaps throughout the organization to find efficient solutions & systems designs.
