Employment Confirmation

After a careful consideration, I am honoured to welcome you to BASS CONSULTS, to become our Administrative Assistant. I would like to reiterate from the previous e-mail that our company is expanding and opening a new office in Downtown Saskatoon. This office is where you would be stationed for work. We would be opening the new office in three weeks from now. Your required duties would be assigned before the official opening of the new office. Our objective at hand is for you to provide assistance as necessary in our transition. On Monday, 6th of February 2017 the new office would be ready for business. On this day we would go over your employment contract, orientation and training.

Your starting salary is $4,320 monthly / $51,840 yearly.

Vacation time is paid in 3-week increments.

Benefits include Vision, dental plan, and bonuses are paid annually.

We do believe that interviews do not guarantee success on the job. You will however undergo a 30-day probationary period which will serve as an evaluation period and also help determine a fit between you and BASS CONSULTS.

Office hours are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday. A laptop would be provided to you along with company software ensuring effectiveness in your assigned tasks. All assigned tasks are to be reported when completed. If there is need for any further clarification about this e-mail, do not hesitate to contact me.

The Finance department would send a cheque to you by postal mail to help with obtaining office supplies and stationery. A report will be needed on or before Monday, 6th of February 2017 of all detailed assigned tasks. Confirmation is needed of the required details listed below to have our Finance department mail a cheque to you:

• Full legal name for the cheque

• Complete mailing address (including Unit # if applicable)

• Direct cell phone number (Not landline)

You have a right to either accept or decline this offer. We are looking forward to get your early reply.
