A Quiz, everyone failed in the class

 Professor Mahbubul Hauque from the University of Dhaka gave this kind of quiz in our first class long ago. We all failed. After a long time, I took this quiz in my class at Georga Brown College. Yes, all failed. Later, I explained why they failed.

কখনো কখনো এমন হয়েছে যে, কারো সাথে হয়তো একটু কথা হয়েছে, কারো সাথে সামান্য পরিচয় হয়তো হয়েছে, কাজের প্রয়োজনে কারো সাথে হয়তো সামান্য কাজ করা হয়েছে। তারপর আর যোগাযোগ নেই. যে যার মত দুরে সরে গিয়েছি। বহুদিন পর হঠাত কোনো প্রয়োজনে বা এমনিতেই তার কথা মনে পড়লে যোগাযোগ করতে চাইলেও আর সম্ভব হয়না।

তাই আমি বলি কি, সবারই উচিত একটা ফেইসবুক একাউন্ট খোলা আর মাঝে মাঝে অন্তত: দেখা। পরিচিত কাউকে পেলে এড করে রাখা। তাহলে অন্তত: এটুকু বলা যায়. যে কোন সময় আপনি চাইলেই তার সাথে কথা বলতে বা যোগাযোগ করতে পারবেন, আর সে চাইলে আপনার সাথে আর কথা না বলেও থাকতে পারবে। :)

Sometimes we meet people just for some moments, for any reason, sometimes we came near to people for work, and then we all go away on our own path and finally no communication left. After many years you may feel to communicate with them, want to know them how are they or any work may come where you need them, but there is no way to contact with them again.

So, my suggestion is we all should open one Face book account and should also check them regularly or with small gap of time. Then we can add anyone whom we know. So, no matter how long you talk with them or not you will have their info and whenever you want you can communicate with them and they also can ignore you if they wish :)

চেয়ার (Chair)

আমাদের অফিসে সবাই খুব বন্ধুভাবাপন্ন। কিন্তুএকটা বিষয়ে ভীষণ স্বার্থপর! সেটা হলো চেয়ার। কেউ কারো ময়ুর সিংহাসন ছাড়তে রাজি না। একটু খুলে বলি। সবাই একই ধরণের অটবির রোলিং চেয়ারে বসে, তারপরও কিভাবে যেনো নিজের চেয়ারটা ঠিকই চিন্তে পারে। ভুলেও যদি বদলে যায় তো আবার প্রতিটি চেয়ারে বসে বসে নিজেরটা খুজে বের করে।

In our office, all are very friendly. But they are very selfish in one issue. It's about their chair. No one wants to leave their honorable chair. Let me explain, in our office, we all use same designed rolling chair. But still, somehow everybody knows, on which one they regularly sit. If by mistake all chair mixed up, they find their one by sitting on each chair. :)

We meet many people in our life. Some we could remember, some not. There are very few people who can make a deep impact in our mind with their very good personality or work or incident. Whenever we remember them, we felt respect for them and it gives a nice smile on our face. They just stay alive in our memory always among all.
