A modern help/solution from fraudulence.

The world has changed dramatically in this internet/WIFI era. Everything from daily life to corporate work has changed. In the same way, fraudulents have changed, too.

People, especially aged people, are the most sufferers. There is no way to get money back when a fraud took money from you.

We have to find a modern help/solution to protect from this online fraud. When we find a website/company online, we must have an organization or a part of the police help desk to verify whether the company or website is genuine and whether the offer has been given online is real.

This simple verification can solve millions of people's queries and help them save money.

Biography 242: Online shopping

 When I was in Bangladesh, I rarely bought anything online because it was more expensive and the item was missing. Even now, from Canada, somebody sends someone buying from online. They never receive it. So, if the company isn't directly delivering the goods, online buying isn't a good idea in Bangladesh.

Here in Canada, I never miss any item. I have received broken items and wrong items 3 or 4 times. I immediately got a refund or replacement at no cost.

But again, if I order online in Canada, it costs more. All food and grocery items have become more expensive online. I really don't understand this. They take service charges, taxes, tips, and other expenses separately but will still charge more for each item. It's not only one shop. Every single piece of merchandise will do so.

Why?

Online school

 In Canada, most people don't like online schooling. They have their own reason. Today I would like to give my personal opinion.

I like online schooling. Previously, I had to hear complaints about my son from the class teacher that he doesn't concentrate in the class regularly. He plays and sometimes makes noises. I have counselled so many times but my son didn't improve his nature.

When he started online schooling, I was present with him in a different room. Whenever I found him making noise, I asked him to stop. He couldn't run away from classwork, because, I told him if you don't complete the tasks, he can't play games with his friends.

Within few days, my son became the first to always complete his task and became more attentive. for the first time, I found his class teacher communicating with me because of his good work.

So, definitely I like online schooling for my son. In this pandemic, this is safe for my son and the family. I could give him food on time and he took healthy food cause I am there to select his menu. 

Online schooling reduces my time and money. I didn't have to invest time in dropping and picking him up from school. I didn't have to prepare his dresses for his school.

The only negative thing that I had faced is physical activity. So, I have made him run on the treadmill, skateboard and ride a bicycle. He also does stretching too. Sometimes I take him outside the open air to do some physical movement.

Finally, my son loves his online school. He is asking me to try to put him in online school again.

অনেকদিন অনলাইনে আসতে পারিনি. আসতে পারিনি বললে ঠিক বলা হবে না. নিয়মিত yahoo মেইল চেক করেছি. FB এর মেসেজগুলোর মোবাইল নোটিফিকেশন পেয়েছি, এবং সাথে সাথে উত্তর দিয়েছি.

এখন থেকে ভাবছি এমনিই করব. রুজি রুটির উপর কথা নেই. হাতে কাজ থাকলে (freelance writing) অনলাইনে সময় কাটানো বন্ধ করে দিব. এমনিতেও, কে আর আমাকে মিস করে...

I couldn't come online for several days (not a regular thing for me). Actually I can't say that I didn't go online. I checked my yahoo email regularly (once a day) and got FB message notification in my cell phone and I answered them immediately.

Now I am thinking, I will continue this always. You know, I have to concentrate on my earning. So, whenever I will be busy with my work (freelance writing). I won't spend time on other activities, online. Well, actually I don't need to... nobody misses me...
