In Bangladesh, the only way we eat Corn can be called BBQ. When we see a man BBQ corn in a rickshaw van we felt that we should taste some corn. Recently because of the popularity of Chinese food we taste corn in many different way, like in soup, salad etc. As far as I know, Bangladesh produces corn too on its land. So, we should (or I should say, chefs should) introduce more Bangladeshi new curry with corn to help people to take this healthy food.
