When you are alone and sick, do you know who your best friend is? Liquidate food (juice, ready tea, and milk), ready made food (noodles etc), dry food (biscuit etc) and frozen foods (pizza, nugget etc). When you have a kid with you then you can tell them to take biscuits as much as they want, they can play game on PC and watch cartoons. Just keep them busy with their favorite work, and then they won't disturb you much. Give some time to yourself. When you get well you can again jump into the work. Till then, take rest. Try to have nap as much as possible.
