Last year my mom started going to the physiotherapy center. During Pandemic I have told her to do stretching at home. So, she doesn't need to go there, it is safe and also will save her money. But she doesn't want to listen to me, she never did. What can I do? I can only give suggestions, except for my son I don't force anyone to listen to me. Even I let go of my son if he comes up with good logic.
Today I went to the physiotherapy center. Because of the car accident. I have some pain in my neck. They put electric flow and heat on that area. They also put Tape on it. I really felt well. I think, if I complete all the sessions, my pain will go permanently. Now I understand why mom chooses to go the physiotherapy.
