Security Services in Ontario

I have some experience working as a concierge. It helped me develop my communication skills across different age groups and handle various incidents, as well as provide security services, including CC Camera observation and others.

How the YMCA respond to its clients’ needs

People with different immigration and job statuses come to the YMCA for different kinds of help. Whenever they call or come in person, the YMCA asks what type of help they need. The YMCA has two major departments that help clients: Employment Services and the Newcomer Center. If a client needs any specific help, the organization refers them to other YMCA Branches.

Clients get registered if they need to meet the organization's support. Then, they get to meet with a counsellor for help. If any counsellor isn’t available or accessible, then they get an appointment or keep on the waiting list to get an appointment. If the client isn’t eligible for the counsellor, they get the necessary information and are added to the regular email list to join workshops, job fairs, etc.

Information about the YMCA Greater Toronto Services is available at the front desk and on the website to inform clients about the support they can receive from the organization.

To solve problems in the transport services

We should implement these facilities without increasing ticket or service prices to stop trouble in our airport and other transport service systems.

Any transport company, like a bus, plane, ship, or train, if they cancel the service or delay more than 2 hours, should provide food (Breakfast, lunch and dinner, according to the time of meal) and a resting place with a washroom without any extra charge. If they delay more than 5 hours and can't inform the travellers before 5 hours of the departure, they should provide a hotel room for a family, with meals (3 times, as time passes) without any extra charge.

And in these situations, the traveller should have both options to return the ticket or change it to another day without any fee or harassment.

Even if we put these in the system as optional, like if any company started giving these services, the government would decrease their tax (some percentages).

Without any rule, if any transport company follows this kind of rule, people will feel safer travelling with them.

Helicopter service

In Bangladesh, now helicopter services are available. It’s little expensive, but I think many people can afford it. So, people who afford it should use it. It’s really very tough and in humanity (especially for woman) to stack in the high way for hours or days, where toilet facilities are not available and also very difficult to arrange food. And it’s not cool to sit in this hot and humid weather on road without moving a bit. We need very good and proper traffic management during Eid. Nothing is impossible if we use our brain.

A service can be given to the sick people

Still I didn't recovered 100%. But work must go on, went to son’s school. While returning home, did some daily shopping. When I reached home, I felt I don’t have any strength at all. Just fall on bed. I couldn't get up till 4 pm, still not feeling well. I wish there could be a service for sick people. Who will provide shopping if needed, serve cooked food when needed and clean the house for the sick people…. When you feel good just stop the service…. Ah it’s not heaven, no matter how bad you feel, you have to take all responsibility.
