People becoming worst than Shaytan

One thing always noticed, people do more fighting and hit each other in the month of Ramadan. Thought we Muslims know that in the month Ramadan (the month of fast), Allah bind big shaytans (devils) that they won't disturb any people and can make them do wrong things.

So, what I understand is people becoming worst than Shaytan. Who make the world worst which even Shytan couldn't make.
