নেশা (Addiction)

নেশা কি? আমি যা বুঝি, তা হলো কোন কিছুর জন্য প্রচন্ড আগ্রহ, যা নিয়মিত হয়, যা না করে মানুষ থাকতে পারে না, সেটা পেলে খুব আত্ন তৃপ্তি হয়, না পেলে শুধু মানুসিক নয় শারিরীক ভাবেও খারাপ বোধ করে, যেখান থেকে সে সহজে মুক্ত হতে পারেনা। যদি এটাই নেশা হয় তাহলে অনলাইনে আসাটা এখন আমার জন্য নেশা হয়ে দাড়িয়েছে। এমন না যে সাড়াদিন পরে থাকি, নির্দিস্ট কিছু কাজ করে চলে যাই। তারপরও আসা চাই-ই চাই। তাই বলে এটা ভাববেন না যে এর থেকে মুক্ত হতে চাই। কত নেশাই তো আছে আমার। ভ্রমনের নেশা, বইয়ের নেশা.. না হয় আরেকটা নেশা যুক্ত হলো। ক্ষতিকর পর্যায়ে না গেলেই হলো।

What is addiction? As far as I understand that it creates tremendous attraction on something, people can’t stay without doing it, and people satisfied if they can have it, if not get that people may feel sick not only mentally but also physically, people can’t get rid of it easily. If this is the addiction then I have online addiction. It doesn't mean I stay whole day and night in it, I came then do some regular work and left. And I don’t want to get out of this addiction. I have some more addiction too. Like traveling, reading novel, now added a new one. And I am happy with these addictions.
