In towns, shop keepers and small restaurant (road side) should bound to use dustbin

In our towns (in Bangladesh) we should made more attempts to make a habit of inhabitants, to use dustbin, especially in Dhaka city. The passerby don’t care to drop plastics and other used things to drop on the roads. The shop keepers don’t care to use any dustbin, through all the used materials (one time use glass, plate, plastic bags) to the drain. Result, it creates problem in drainage system. Now without any rain, people faces problem with the road water (the excess water from drain or sewerage system).
