ফ্রোজেন ফুড: বিপদে আপনজন (Frozen food: very handy)

ইদানিং আগোরা, পি কিউ এস, মিনা বাজার, নন্দন ইত্যাদি শপিং মল গুলোতে গেলে ফ্রোজেন ফুড এর বেশ ভালো কালেকশন পাওয়া যায়। সসেজ, চিকেন ফ্রাই থেকে শুরু করে দেশীয় পুরি, সিংগারা, সমুচা সবই আছে। খাবারের মান (আমাদের দেশে এটা নিয়ে দু:খের শেষ নেই) ভালো হলে বেশ ভালো ব্যবস্থাই বলা যায়।

আমি কিছুদিন আগে আফতাবের একপ্যাকেট চিকেন উইংস ফ্রোজেন কিনেছি। মসলা সব মাখানোই আছে। শুধু খাবার আগে ভেজে নিতে হয়। আম্মা ডিপ ফ্রিজে রেখে দিয়েছে। সকালে যদি তরকারি না থাকে তো আম্মা 2টা ভেজে দেন হটপটে। ভালোই লাগে। বিপদে আপন জন।

Now day different types of frozen foods are available in Agora, PQS, Meena Bazar, Nandan etc. From sausage, chicken fry to Bangladeshi food are available, like puri, singara, samucha etc. Well you can rare have guaranty of good quality of food in Bangladesh. Otherwise they are good.

Few days ago, I bought a packet of chicken wings (Frozen). All spices are well mixed with the wings, before serve you just have to deep fry them. My mom kept that packet in the refrigerator. In the morning if she doesn't have curry to give in my lunch pot, she fries 2 of them. Taste good, you know it is very helpful who has to go out in the morning...
