ঝুলনা (Swing)

পিচ্চিরা কোলে দোল খেতে খুবই পছন্দ করে। একবার কোলে মজা পেয়ে নামানোই মুশকিল। আম্মা একবার আলনায় চাদর বেধে ঝুলা বানিয়ে দিলেন। তাতে ছোট ভাইকে রাখতেই ভীষন ভয় পেয়ে চিৎকার শুরু করে দিল। দোল দিলে আরো ভয় পায়। কি আর করা, ওর জীবনের ঝুলা কাব্য ওখানেই শুরু ওখানেই শেষ। 
আমার বড় বোনের যখন বাবু হলো দেখা গেল, ওরও একই নেশা। খালি কোলে থাকতে চায়। আম্মা খাটের রেলিংয়ের সাথে চাদর পেচিয়ে ঝুলা বানিয়ে দিলেন। ভাগ্নে মহা খুশি। দিনরাত দোল খায়। ঝুলাতে না দিলে তার ঘুমই আসে না। বেশ কয়েক বছর এমন চলল। পরে ওর মা অনেক জোর করে এই অভ্যাস ছাড়িয়েছে। 
আমার খুব ইচ্ছা করে আমার ঘরে যদি কোন সুন্দর ঝুলা থাকত। রোজ দোল খেতে ঘুমাতাম....

Kids like to swing very much. May be that's why they like to spend most of their time on elders lap. To get rid of this problem, my mom made a swing with bed shit. She used a cloth stand to make this swing for my younger brother. But when we put him in it he got frightened and started screaming. When its move him, his fear increased. So, this swing chapter ends with him in his childhood.

When my elder sister has her boy, we found him in same problem. He always wanted to go round on elders lap. My mom made a swing with bed sheet on bed. My sister's son Tameem became very happy. Even he couldn't sleep any other place. When he grew up, my sister had to face a lot of trouble to get rid of this sleeping habit.

You know, I wish I had a swing. So, every day I could sit there and could sleep or read or take tea or just hang out with others.
