Not enough trust

 When there is not enough trust, it's really difficult to continue any kind of relationship over there. For example, a person is living or surrounded by some people. Those people are toxic. Every now and then they make some bad information or comment on me. Then the person starts making distance with me. After some time that person may be clear things with me. Or just start talking again by keeping those bad words about me in their mind. What kind of relationship is that? If I could clear then fine, or again some more distance will be created.

I am tired of this kind of relationship. Why can't people trust me enough that other toxic people can't pollute our relationship? I am not going to put any effort to keep this kind of person in my life. They are good, but I am not good enough in their mind.

I can't hurt

 If I had trust in a useless person, it's my mistake. I accept my mistake. I have no shame to accept my faults. Though I still didn't learn how to fix this problem.

I want to stop trusting people, I don't want to take the blame on me to save them. I want to fix the trouble that I already had because of this trust issue.

Still, I'm far away to solve these problems. Because I can't hurt anyone. It's better to hurt myself.

What people just say but never mean it

Sometimes people say things that they don’t mean. Everybody understands that they said it just to say something, or like greetings, or to just make the environment easy and to feel good.

But I’m too stupid. I always believe all words that other say to me. Several times I put myself in awkward position because of this attitude. Generally, whatever I say, I mean it. So, when others say, by default I take them as man or word. Or in my mind I want to believe them. So, unconsciously I trust all and their words.

Let me give you some real example of words, you can easily identify that these are all just what people say...

1. Please visit our house.
2. Take meal with us.
3. Please stay longer with us.
4. I will return your money.
5. You will be getting paid, whenever I will have some money
6. I will send your money to your home.
7. I love you.
8. I trust you.
9. I will never let you down.
10. I will increase your working hours.
11. You are too good.
12. I am your friend.
13. I will promote you.

There are more. Anyway, all of them was for me. And in time they all proved wrong. It’s not other’s fault. It’s my fault that I trust people so easily and then get hurt. Good point is I am becoming use to of it. So, whenever I found anyone, who isn’t keeping their words. I say to myself, oh, its natural human nature. Nothing to bother about it.

Trust nobody

A journalist asked to one of the richest persons of this world, to know how she became so successful. She replied, “Trust nobody. If you have no choice, then trust for some time.”

I think this is really a very important message to the company holders. You shouldn’t trust anybody blindly in your company. Sometimes senior workers earned your trust. But they will also become experts on what you think in which situation. So that they can easily do their things where you have no idea. They can place traps for other newbies whom they don’t like and make them looser in front of you, as they know for which situation you will be mad at them. If you trust blindly, you will become a doll for them, with whom they can easily play and made instruction about what they want.

So again trust nobody, if you have to trust then trust for limited of time. Always try to check everything (Randomly) of your company by yourself.

Trust may go for ever

We know, it’s difficult to gain trust, but one mistake can easily destroy all.

People or organization can gain trust by big words, easily. But when we found anything wrong then that trust just goes away. Then it’s very difficult to gain again. Easy come easy go.

The trust which gained by actions, people remember that. When bad times come, many people may forget that but some will always respect you and few may always trust you.

I trust you

I trust you. Because my heart is saying you will never dishearten me in anyway.
I set you free. I believe, love is there,so nothing can take you away. If its not there, then I shouldn't hold you.
So, look at the sky, see you can fly away anytime, nothing is holding you.
