“Don’t show your teeth unless you’re willing to bite.”

It's important to be cautious about showing your teeth, as it may lead to unintended consequences. It's common to feel angry about various things, but avoiding overreacting is important. In many cases, a more measured response can prevent unnecessary conflict.

It's generally not helpful to reveal your angry or aggressive side unless it's necessary to stop someone from doing something harmful or to alert them to potential danger. Otherwise, displaying this side of yourself may create more problems than it solves, potentially alienating people who could have been supportive and making enemies of those who may have been neutral.

By keeping your emotions in check, you can avoid losing people who might have been valuable allies and instead cultivate a support network that helps you feel more positive and empowered.
