Who's input actually gives long-time success and keeps you living in peace. You will see they are honest, dedicated people. You can bring an intelligent, fast person, they might show you some upgradation, but in the long run, you can't depend on them. You know, they are smart, they can take your company from you or may lick information to other company and move over there. They work smartly but need to be more delicacy. You need to run your company steadily. You can't rely on them.

Even in your personal life. You need good people; don't just let them go if you find any. They are hard to find.
