Skills of writing a resume

 Some people can write a perfect resume, while others can't. I believe resumes don't always provide a clear picture of a person; sometimes, they only show how skilled someone is at writing a resume.

Keep putting out good

I have seen and believe good work never goes in vain. No matter how big or small or tinies good work you do, it will have a very good impact, if not in a short time, then in the long run.

If no one notice or gives you any credit, Allah will.

You may have noticed after every big disaster, or when you get hurt by someone, something very good happens to you. Believe in Karma. It's true

If you are an organization's owner or manager, take a closer look at your organization. Who is actually running your company? Who's input actually gives long-time success and keeps you living in peace. You will see they are honest, dedicated people. You can bring an intelligent, fast person, they might show you some upgradation, but in the long run, you can't depend on them. You know, they are smart, they can take your company from you or may lick information to other company and move over there. They work smartly but need to be more delicacy. You need to run your company steadily. You can't rely on them.

Even in your personal life. You need good people; don't just let them go if you find any. They are hard to find.

This is me

When I came from Bangladesh to Saskatchewan, I expectation was pretty high. Though I knew, there will be some expected and unexpected problems. One of my friends told me, if I became choosy in the selection of work/earn money, it may take some time to find a good one. But if I start working anything or anywhere then I might get a job immediately and can have a good life with that amount of money.

So, in my mind, I didn't make any aim for a job or life. I was ready to start with anything and go on living with any work. Still, I am like that but my physical condition makes me a little selective. I can't do any standing job anymore. My feet hurt.

I know I am good at any job. Maybe I take a little time to learn my work then I can go on working smoothly. I improve the current work system and helps others to do a better job. Soon the whole branch or company starting doing good. But I'm a silent worker. I never go to my boss or superior to show what I have done. Or make any complaint about others. So, no one notices. Then for any strong reason, if I left, the whole system falls down. Nobody still doesn't know or care who they need to run things well. What can I say, if my absence doesn't bother you, maybe you don't need my presence.

But it doesn't mean I will change myself for others. I will keep doing good wherever I go. I will fix things wherever I can. I won't wait for others to appraise me. This is me, when I am somewhere, good things will keep happening around you and you will never know who is behind it.

I could never think about it, that one day my good work will be my enemy. Whatever I do, I try to do it well and gradually try to improve it. I try to learn from others and from books or from any instruction or tutorial. I don’t like to waste time. So, if I am in my work place. I just keep working. If there is no major task, I concentrate on other small details where it could be improving, which are not very important. And then also spend time on cleaning. So, finally when I work, not only my work finishes well but others too. Because I help to organize their one too.

Now this great quality became my enemy. People who work around me, started scaring of me. They used to say, “If she works then we all will get fired”. They make lot of planning and plotting to make me down. Like no matter who make mistakes, all will be put on me. Always keep complaining about me. Don’t’ let me do any big work, so that management will know that I know all very well etc.

This is happened all places I worked. So, clearly, problem is me. People can’t see me go upward, or even don’t want to let me learn. Their insecurity is killing me. I don’t know how to stop it. Because no matter what, I don’t want to hurt them. That’s me. I know, I am too good for this country.

Where is the reward for good work?

I have seen in movies (never in real life) that when a person does well, they finally get the reward. I had read, “Good work is never wasted; somehow, it makes its marks.” But I don’t know why I couldn't find it in real life. I have seen many people who did many good things… but where is there a reward? Maybe they got it, but I couldn't realize it. Then what about my life? I never wished anything wrong for others. I always say good things about others (unless this hiding made a bad impact). I made a good impression on many people and organizations. What result did I get back from them? If they didn't give anything good, that would have been acceptable… but what about when they make a bad impression on me? This is the final result I get for my good work… Fine!

For good we have to stay together

No matter, how much we avoid each other, we are living in the same world and sharing everyday each other’s space. Here nothing is only for our good or for others; everything has impact on all, directly or indirectly.

No good work can be continued by only one person. They will need others help to continue their work and spread it. We know all the rocks on this galaxy or beyond that are very far from us. It took several years that for one astrologist can’t see the complete path. So, one may help to start one voyagers and next generation or may took more generations to see the actual picture of a new rock.

You alone can’t do all or all good work. You have to adjust with others for the bigger good. This is our world, we have to live here and have to make it better for our future generation. Let’s help each other to make it better. No matter how much we hate each other, we have to work together. A good work is much more worth than any personal clash.

Good infrastructure

Everybody likes good infrastructure. Even my little son (4 years and 11 months) likes that. Today I get to know about it.

While coming back from school, sometimes I took a narrow and little dark road (between two buildings) to avoid traffic. But my son doesn't like that. Because of him, I always had to take main road. Today I took him to another side road, and surprisingly he was happy. He told me, see mom, this road is very good. Then I understood actually not because of darkness, my son didn't like that narrow road because of its bad construction. But few days back the road had been repaired well. So, today I show him that the road became good now. He is now happy. He said OK from now we will go toward that road too.

I use to like cartoon, maybe I like them even now. But because my son, who watches it 24/7 it really became terrible situation for me. Now a day I don’t want to see any cartoon but had to hear its music and other sounds always. And I found that sometimes they are giving really good message to the audience. Though kids may not get it but they are really impressing. Like

“It's not about win or lose, it's the path you choose. Let the journey begin, Pokémon!”

When you say, say well about the person

Generally what we do? We meet people, we discuss about others, and off course we say or give bad info about others. And people felt happy, when they say and hear something wrong about others. Why is this? Do you like to have same thing happen with you too? You will say, I didn’t do anything like that. Yes, maybe you didn’t but you must have done something else, and people can talk about that.

When I was in Dhaka University, as a student, I found a girl named Zeba, is totally different with this kind of attitude. I have seen she always says good things about people. I surprise, to see that, when anybody does anything good or just say any good comment to other. She tells this to other person. Those people get to know that someone is talking good about them. And they became good friends. Everywhere she was giving the positive energy.

I wanted to grab this good attitude, from then I have stopped saying any bad comments about others. No matter how true they are. I started hide others bad things and say only about good things. I don’t lie, but only those truths. It really makes me happy.
