Difficult to understand, is it a sad song or romantic?

 Sometimes, when I hear the music as a piece of background music or listen from a little far away, from where I can just hear the melody. At that moment, I couldn't understand the lyrics. But based on the tune I heard, I assume it's a sad or romantic song. If I like it, I search for the actual song with lyrics.
