ব্রিটিশ কমেডি (British comedy)

মি: বিন দেখার সুবাদে ব্রিটিশ কমেডি সম্পর্কে একটা হালকা ধারণা ছিলো। বস যখন সবাইকে টিকিট দিলেন দেখার জন্য (আমাকে দিয়েছিলেন একেবারে নিশ্চিত হয়ে, যে আমি যাব), আমি একটু ভাবলাম, ব্রিটিশ উচ্চারণ বুঝবোতো? যাই হোক নতুন কিছু দেখার প্রতি আমার আগ্র হ অসীম (বস এটা জানেন বলেই নিশ্চিত ছিলেন), তাই অনেকে না গেলেও আমার যেতে আপত্তি ছিলোনা। 

শুরুতে অডিয়েন্সে বসে অপেক্ষা করার সময় সুন্দর সুন্দর কিছু মিউজিক শুনলাম। 

শো শুরু হবার পর দেখলাম, বেশ স হজে বোঝা যাচ্ছে। কিছু কিছু অংশ বেশ ভালো লেগেছে। 

যেমন .. নাহ এভাবে লিখলে হাসি পাবেনা, বরং মনে হবে এ্যাতো সাধারণ বিষয়ে হাসির কি আছে? তারপরও বলি, একটা অংশে ছিলো 3জন মুজুরের গল্প। যাদের কথা শুনে মনে হয়, তারা প্রত্যেকেই মনে করে তারা কোনো বড় বংশের বংশধর, কালের আবর্তনে আজ এই দুরাবস্থা। মুজুরা  দুপুরে খেতে বসেছে 50তলার উপর। 50 তলা উঠেছে, আরো 50 তলা  উঠবে। কথায় কথায় 3জনে নানা বিষয় নিয়ে তর্ক শুরু করলো। একজন শেষ পর্যন্ত বলে ফেলল, যে আসলে ও দেশের রাজার বংশধর। কেউ জানেনা। আরেক জন বলল সে আসলে রাশিয়ার জারের ছেলে। 3 নম্বর মুজর কিছুতেই বিস্বাস করে না। সে বলল তুমি এটা কিভাবে জানলে। 2 নং মুজুর তখন গর্ব করে বলল, সে সিনেমা দেখে জেনেছে। কারন সিনেমার ঘটনা, ঘরবাড়ি দেখে ওর মনে হয়েছিলো, এই ঘরবাড়ি ও আগে দেখেছে, এই ঘটনা ওর সামনে আগে হয়েছে!!

I have seen Mr. Bin before, so I had some idea about British Comedy. But still, when our boss gave ticket to me (He was sure that I will go) to see a show of British Comedy, first I thought will I understand the British accent? But I always show interest to see new things (My boss knew it, that’s why he was so sure), so I didn't care which colleagues are going with us or not, I wanted to go.

At first, we heard some beautiful music while waiting at the audience.

When the show started, I found, I can easily understand what they are saying.

Let me try to give a glance of that show (Actually I don’t know how to bring that comedy moment in front of you) … there were 3 labors who are working at 50th level; they had to build 50 more. They were taking their lunch and talking. After sometime, 3 of them start talking about their family. One said he is the son of Russian Tsar, One said; his family is from the king of that country. 3rd one didn't agree with them, he asked, how you knew that. One reply he saw a movie and he felt the houses and furniture they have shown is much known to him, he felt that he has seen them before; he had seen those things happened in front of him before…so…
