In a day or in 24 hours, if you expend only 24 minutes in a productive way, you will see a long-term good result.
What I want to say is, sometimes we stay stressed, physically not in 100% ok etc. Maybe somehow we manage to do our daily routine. But we don't make any productive time. So, maybe for a couple of minutes from a day, we should try to do something productive. You will see good results immediately. And this will make you feel better, live better.
